Executive Chairman
Ross Williams
With a successful track record in creating strategy and value, managing risk, overseeing compliance and working with stakeholders, Ross has 30 years’ of property development experience. He is a qualified builder, has worked with listed property developers and has project managed or developed approximately $800 million of product in the housing and industrial sectors. He has also won numerous industry awards. Ross joint ventured his business with a $400 million property fund managed by Investec Bank as general partners. A licensed real estate agent, he has qualifications in risk management and sustainable enterprise and AICD’s Company Directors Course.

Mark Wist
Mark’s career spans from starting as a registered property valuer, establishing a research and consultancy division within a large real estate agency, to portfolio analysis and advising on tactical/strategic asset allocation, including financial feasibility, listed and unlisted property funds evaluation and reporting, rating consultancy and development feasibility modelling and advice. More recently, Mark was a property fund manager of multiple unlisted funds on an AFSL, where he also held responsibility for asset due diligence management and acquisition, treasury management, investor and lender relations and development management.

Dean Williams
Starting his career at the Commonwealth Bank Dean then moved to institutional banking and funds management, where he was responsible for managing portfolios greater than $1b. After working in the Capital Markets and Advisory divisions of Macquarie bank, Dean was appointed Head of Funds Management for Bank South Pacific, where he advised superannuation funds and corporate treasuries. He was CIO for a $1 billion private equity fund which invested across all asset classes, including property and debt, and whilst Director of Advisory at KPMG was responsible for valuing unlisted companies.

Matthew Bode
With over 25 years legal experience, in major global law firms in London, Sydney, the Cayman Islands and Hong Kong Matthew was the national head partner of the Banking and Finance team of a leading national law firm. Matthew specialises in complex institutional banking, corporate and property finance law. He has a deep knowledge in debt financing, bilateral and syndicated lending, and facility and security documentation. He is admitted to numerous Supreme Courts overseas and in Australia, including the High Court of Australia.
Property Manager
Michael Daley
Michael has been responsible for property assets valued at over $1b during his 20-year career in real estate. As a specialist asset manager, Michael’s strengths lay in managing risk, increasing income and maximising portfolio value. He has managed, leased and sold industrial and office assets for listed and unlisted Australian groups as well as Singaporean and US funds. Michael works to identifying opportunities and executing value add strategies for clients. He is a licensed real estate agent.

John Meinhold
John is an independent Director and advisor specialising in non-executive roles and consulting to financial institutions. He is currently Partner Emeritus with AT Kearney following his retirement as Global Partner, Financial Institutions consulting practice. A long-time banking expert with over 30 years’ experience, with 20 of those based in Asia. John was the leader of AT Kearney’s financial institutions practice for Asia. As an independent advisor, his focus is on corporate strategy, sales force effectiveness, operational and performance improvement, transformation and culture change.

Jason Kennedy
Jason has over 25 years’ experience in finance roles in the real estate, unlisted and listed investment management and intermodal leasing. He has experience in many real estate, IPO and M&A transactions, including areas of governance and risk, global taxation, cross-border structuring and legal & compliance. He has been the head of finance, compliance and corporate secretarial teams for a number of Australian and Singaporean unlisted and listed real estate investment managers. Currently CFO of Raffles Lease Group, a global intermodal equipment leasing business; Jason is also a Fellow of CPA Australia.

Scott Northcott
Scott is an entrepreneur who has carved a successful career developing relationships in both retail and business to business environments. His negotiation skills have been honed during the last 20+ years. As a buyer’s agent, his ability to interpret data on land value cycles, monitoring rental yields and forecasting of real asset value changes has created value for numerous co-investors. Scott has qualifications in real estate, mortgage broking, financial planning and is a Qualified Property Investment Advisor QPIA. Scott is also a founding Director of The Affordable Housing Charity Ltd, a Public Benevolent Institution with DGR1 status.
Director NSW
Chris Chamos
Chris has worked as a builder, project manager and developer in a range of asset classes including serviced apartments, commercial, industrial and leisure with values ranging from $1m to $70m. He is currently invested in management rights and a portfolio of hotels. Chris graduated from UNSW as a Civil Engineer and also holds a Masters in Engineering Science (construction management). During his service as an Australian Army Officer, Chris was responsible for project management roles in both combat and civilian aid construction regiments.
