Executive Chairman
Ross Williams
Ross has 28 years’ experience in the property industry, including working with listed property developers and a listed builder. A builder by trade and developer since 1999. He was awarded second in the BRWFast100 2006 as the Managing Director of the fastest growing property developer in Australia. Following this he joint ventured his business with a $400m property fund owned by an investment bank. Ross has won numerous awards as a builder and project managed or delivered approximately $800m of housing product on 1,600 titles.

Dean Williams
Dean’s experience is in funds management, where he was responsible for managing portfolios greater than $1b for a number of investment banks and funds, and corporate advisory, including at KPMG, where he was responsible for valuing unlisted companies. He has been the project manager and Subject Matter Expert on an audit of a $80b fund. While Head of Funds Management for a bank, Dean advised superannuation funds and corporate treasuries on asset allocation, investments and risks.

Christopher Chamos
Chris graduated from UNSW as a Civil Engineer and also holds a Masters in Engineering Science (construction management). During his service as an Australian Army Officer, Chris was responsible for project management roles in both combat and civilian aid construction regiments. Chris has worked as a builder, project manager and developer in a range of asset classes including serviced apartments, commercial, industrial and leisure with values ranging from $1m to $70m. He is currently invested in management rights and a portfolio of hotels.

Ron Forlee
Ron graduated as an Architect in 1978 and established his own design and property development consultancy. He has been involved in all facets of architecture from design to on-site supervision, and managing his own property developments. Projects have ranged from housing to commercial buildings such as shopping centres, office blocks and tourism developments in Australia, South Africa and China. Ron has written books on property development and building construction, and has delivered a number of papers at seminars on the subject.

Mark Wist
Mark's career spans 30 years, the past 15 years in Australia. Mark began his career as a property Valuer, Chartered Surveyor and project manager. He then moved into research, consultancy and property management. After time in asset management, Mark refined his consulting skills across a broad range of jurisdictions and asset types, all the while participating in and contributing to industry groups and professional associations, being elevated to Fellow status in several. More recently, Mark has been a securitised commercial property fund manager and commercial property investment consultant.

Scott Northcott
Scott Northcott has carved a successful career in the real estate industry, completing property developments in Australia and the US. His negotiation skills have been honed after hundreds of high value transactions. His ability to interpret data on land value cycles, for example monitoring rental yields and forecasting of real asset value changes, has created value for numerous co-investors. Scott has qualifications in real estate, mortgage broking and financial planning, and due to his contribution to the property industry, he was recently honoured with admission as a Qualified Property Investment Advisor.

Darren Mew
Darren represents BlueCHP Ltd as an independent member of the Investment Review Committee of the Affordable Housing Charity Ltd. BlueCHP is a leading Australian not for profit developer and Tier 1 Community Housing Provider having delivered more than 1,700 affordable housing dwellings and retained a portfolio of 750 dwellings worth more than $300 million. Darren has over 20 years' experience in the property sector and is BlueCHP's Senior Development Manager for Queensland. Darren has worked with major property and advisory companies.
